Projects: California Schools
CTL conducts Preliminary Endangerment Assessments for new school construction in industrial, commercial and agricultural areas. For these projects, the schools enter a Voluntary Cleanup Program and conduct a thorough and exhaustive environmental investigation for hazardous material contamination in soil and groundwater.
CTL also acts as "Designated Person" for over 700 school sites under the EPA AHERA Program. CTL assists with six-month periodic asbestos awareness training, project specifications, and project management/oversight for abatement projects.
